Charleston Office

Bo McHugh joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2022 as a Senior Associate in the Charleston office. His responsibilities include supporting the firm’s brokerage activities across the Carolinas.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Bo worked for APG Advisors, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage company in Raleigh where he focused on multifamily sales. Bo holds a BA from the University of South Carolina

Hannah Duley serves as a Transaction Specialist with the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, where she has supported transactions throughout the Carolinas since joining the team in 2023. Recognized as one of the only brokerage firms to offer specialized Transaction Management care throughout the Due Diligence & Closing process, Hannah provides our clients with a full-service, white glove experience.

Hannah holds a BS in Business Administration from Coastal Carolina University.
